Rachel was the oldest daughter, born on the 3rd October 1973 at St Mary's Hospital in Manchester. When she was around 6 months old, her parents moved down to Exeter were they stayed for a couple of years, she would get upto mischief with her friend Shelly until after her sister Teresa was born the family moved upto Brandwood Street in Bolton, her Rachel attended Brandwood street nursery, due to circumstances beyond control the family later moved to Aldercroft Ave were Rachel would then attend Top o'th Brow school. Here Niccie was born. Later circumstances would have the family staying with family friend were the girls would attend Tonge Moor Primary school until the family was relocated to Greenroyd Ave and then Glasiter Lane. The girls returned to Top o'th Brow school for the remainder of their primary years. Here Rachel would meet her longterm best friend Ann and they would later both attend Sharples Secondary School. 

Rachel met her first husband Alan whilst at sharples and they later married and had 2 beautiful children Stephen and Tiffany, the marriage to didn't last however they did still remain good friends.  Alan went on to marry Dawn and Rachel went on to Marry Craig they then had to wonderful children Dylan and Ella. Tragedy stuck when in 2021 Rachel was diagnosed with breast cancer, the journey over the next year was hard with chemo and radiotherapy, however on the 24th August Rachel was admitted to Bolton hospital after a couple of weeks of constant ill health, here she was then given the earth shattering news that the cancer had possibly returned and that she had growths in her lungs. liver and spine and sadly in the early hours of the 1st September she passed away surrounded by family.
